If a shipment is returned due to unpaid import fees, wrong address or refusal of delivery, any incurred shipping, return shipping, customs or processing costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned shipments due to refused delivery
If a delivery is refused by the recipient or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Motech will deduct the resulting costs (return shipping, repeat shipping, customs / processing fees) from the refund amount.
